What a difference a year makes. ITI has grown from a small business into a full-
blown large corporation. Our new corporate headquarters is over 10,000 sq. feet. We have invested in niw computer system, phone system, employees
and other systems to insure our representatives the best service i the industry. All of this has been paid for with cash to make sure we remain finan- cially strong and competitive.
We have implemented many new programs to insure that our new customers are quickly co9nnected to our long distance, pager and Internet ser- vice providers. The ITI Web Site has been continually expanded to insure that it is a valuable tool for our representatives. For example you can check on the status of your customers, find out and compare our phone rates to other competitors.
